Commercial drone videography on Bermuda Bluff Island is prohibited except where a property owner, lot owner, or their realtor or other representative, hires a licensed commercial drone operator to procure footage of their individual property or lot for sale and marketing purposes.

Drone footage must be strictly limited to the perimeters of the owner's individual property or lot.

Drone videography of Bermuda Bluff Island common areas, amenities, and other private properties is strictly prohibited in all circumstances.
